The exterior features a simple silver shade that perfectly matches the car’s aggressive personality and shines brilliantly.
Sean Smith previously worked for Saleen Automotive, Ringbrothers, SpeedKore, and Salvaggio Design before starting his own brand. The owner of this Camaro approached him directly and asked him to create something very special.
The car, presented at the recent 2023 Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, California, is truly fascinating. The exterior features a simple silver shade that perfectly matches the car’s aggressive personality and shines brilliantly. Various new body panels have been fabricated, including a new front grille and splitter.
Regarding the rear end, Smith wanted to make the car as wide as possible, so he designed new 3D machined rear lights with custom lenses. He also made sure to have as few vertical elements as possible, which contributed to the wide appearance.
Other notable exterior features of the 1969 Camaro include new doors and door handles, as well as various Liquid Champagne and Charcoal Grey accents. The car is based on a new Roadster Shop chassis that includes C7 Corvette suspension components. There are also Baer six-piston brakes with 14-inch discs and a set of 18 and 19-inch HRE wheels measuring 255/35 and 325/30.
The interior features a completely new dashboard and Charcoal Grey and Crème leather upholstery. The seats you see are hand-made. But perhaps the most special feature is the LS7 V8, a 7.0-liter Wegner Motorsports engine capable of producing over 1180 horsepower, which is transmitted through a six-speed Tremec T56 transmission to the rear wheels.
